Getting ready to head out to work and it looks like it will be a kick ass day here in SoCal, gas prices are down and North Korea seems to have forgotten they were pissed off at us and that means a slow day in the news. Sunday Cruising Like Somalian Vacation

Sunday is almost in the can and I have nothing to show for my last 2 days off. I will be doing laundry however so that clean clothing will be available for the next week. Pretty much been indulging in superbike races on YouTube and thinking about how good this next week will be and then of course next weekend. I need to get out of the Inland Empire and Saturday I might road trip to the city where I was born, La Mirada, which is about 60 miles or so west of my present location. It has been about 20 years since I last saw that area and I need to visit with a friend and thought since I will be there why not drive by my old house and eat where I did when our relatives would visit from out of town.
Time to get my laundry done and myself into bed...

Oil prices control every facet of our lives from the cost of food to the price at the pump for fuel, shipping companies like UPS now have a daily "fuel surcharge", this is directly connected to the fact OPEC and Arabs(along with Iran and Venezuela) are in real control of the world and it's misery and not some out the ass diatribe video produced by a clown who received a worthless degree from a bogus college that is posting to YouTube blaming the Jews.

The IRS Pays Up

After weeks of sweating it out in the gutter I have received my federal tax return and that means I am buying lunch today. Since 2008 my federal returns look anemic and my state returns are just a couple dollars now, I have a couple debts to take care of and that will be a good thing to get them out of my life.
Trying to manage money on a fluctuating income can be challenging and with prices of every day items going up and never down it can be a real chore to keep food and gas stocked up.
The time has come for me to roll down the highway to work rock on!

Horns And Hips

Hump Day grinding in your face like a dancer going for the green rain; work is crap for me and I am looking forward to starting a new career at the end of the year, next week I will only make an hourly wage and that translates into a smaller pay check. My economy gets worse and I will need gas prices to stay where they are until December which is asking a lot.
I am aiming towards the shower and then work, rock on!

Tuesday Fog

My tax return is still in limbo or electronically en route to me, waiting for funds is never good bills are piling up. I realized today I have too many email accounts so I will need to trim down and streamline my incoming correspondence. Complications in life can cause advert affects and drag you down and with people and companies hunting you down via an email account you can become overwhelmed. Luckily for me my physical mail gets stolen frequently so I don't have much to get from the mailbox these days.
News today is the surviving Boston bomber will be tried in court with an appointed attorney, tax dollars at work and security will be issues I am quite sure so this story is far from over.

Ready For The Weekend

My paycheck is here and deposited and the bill paying machine is roaring like a nitro-burning tank; I love this day and hate it at the same time as money comes in, money goes out. Gas prices continue to drop so that is a good thing, allowing me to purchase things like food, hell yes.

First day of the week is the longest one of the bunch and a time machine is needed now to get us to the middle of the week; it is pay week for me so I do have something to look forward to, life will be really good around Thursday. Oil prices are dropping so the pump cost will be going down more and I will invest in fuel then cashing in on OPEC's misery.

Well what I mean is the United States of America has yet to be hit by missiles my friends but that can change at any time, rest assured I will live as long as I can in the event of a nuclear attack and updating my blog thing until the web dies. It is Thursday here and the gateway to the weekend is just around the corner and down the street, past the bum(s) if you have them. My lawnmower is dead and my lawn stuff needs cutting so this is now an issue, buying a new mower is out of the question but a used one might be possible. Next year I will purchase a new one off the showroom floor and have a ceremony when I do, upload the video to YouTube and all that.

Wednesday is here and the week is gliding by like a penguin on ice; sales are down and the wanker factor is up, my tax person is telling me she has not filed my digits and I am a little twisted as I expected to have my funds this week. Next year I will tackle the return myself.
The gun debate is raging on all fronts here and no end in sight to the madness known as gun control, one day I would like to see gang control implemented and a limit on how many gang bangers can be in any one car or truck, vans and SUV's would be treated like high capacity magazines, limit 2 bangers per ride perhaps? If newspapers could start printing the names and addresses of bangers that could be helpful as well, after all if you know a banger is living next door you can take the necessary precautions needed to safeguard yourself from just such deviants. Tax Season Running Late

Like many Americans I am waiting for my tax return to come in; I waited until almost the last minute this year because I could not find my magical PIN to complete the task, now it is just a matter of days before the boat pulls into port. After I take care of a couple debts I will get a plane ticket to New Mexico to visit my mom and step dad and hang out with them for a weekend. It has been a few years since I have been there and this trip is long overdue.
A.Q. Kahn is back in the news saying North Korea wont be dropping nukes on anyone and he is running for office in Pakistan so maybe he needs the publicity. Tell you what I need is a shower and that is just what I will be doing after I hit the publish button, rock on!

Waking up to the news that former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher has passed away, a friend to Ronald Regan and a tough lady she was the symbol of Britain's resolve during the Falklands war, and the U.K.'s only female Prime Minister.

I f-ed off at the welding shop on Saturday and had tacos for lunch, Sunday I defrosted my freezer and shopped for supplies. This weekend was pretty kick back for me and I have a positive outlook for the upcoming work week, unless war breaks out and then it is a shit sandwich for lunch.

Russia Do We Have A Problem?

When I heard Russia held an emergency military drill involving warships last week I told friends of mine it was an exercise aimed at attacking our interests and I was pelted with liberal rocks and cursed for the fact I view Fox News; today I wake up to read that Russia has carried out a simulated cruise missile attack on an Aegis ship deployed near Japan on Feb. 26th and a second mock attack on the 27th over a ground missile defense system in Japan, both of these mock runs came 2 weeks after Russian bombers circled Guam, which is about the same distance to Texas from Russia.
History shows that countries that go to Russia to find glory discover defeat, history also shows you continue to fuck with the USA you get a boot upside your head and a new economy in your lap, Russia if you continue to act like Soviet era times are back your people will suffer greatly and the new revolution will be at the doorstep of the beloved Kremlin.
Bring Iran, North Korea and Venezuela into the mix and we have an interesting bunch of goons to deal with...

Here we are staring at the weekend that is coming over the horizon like a cloud of furious fun; are you ready to relax and party last week away? No predictions here for myself as I will let fate dictate my actions and movements, the chore list is 100% out of control and finding a starting point is tough at the moment.

Tense Tuesday

The U.N. is trying to regulate firearms and North Korea is still hopping mad; is China backing the hermit kingdom if they start a war? The U.N. along with President Obama are trying to implement a long rifle and handgun registry and monitor ammo and gun sales to curb trafficking to poor nations embroiled in wars and civil unrest. Who in Iran will comply with this? I realize that arms being sold to terrorists are bad but somehow fucking it up for me is supposed to help matters? Ive owned the same rifle for 20 years and no foreign government needs to know what I own and where I live.
The times are getting hairy and scary for the world yet again, some things never change or take a while to do so, how some people get out of bed in the morning can dictate who will die it seems and that is the part I don't get.
